Alarko Agriculture Group General Manager Melike Koçoğlu said that currently, 70 per cent of their employees are women.
“We have become the largest geothermal greenhouse operator in the country in a short period of one year with the greenhouses established and under construction in Afyon and Denizli. Our goal in 2028 is to enter the top 10 in the world,” şhe said.
According to the statement made by the company, Alarko Agriculture Group, which aims to take part in the entire agriculture and food industry value chain with its geothermal greenhouse, fertiliser, food processing and seed breeding activities, continues to grow rapidly with its female employees.
Pointing out that they aim to ensure that the country and the world have access to sufficient, healthy and high quality food, she added, “We will achieve this with our trained manpower, which uses technology intensively, carries out planned and efficient production and where our female employees are predominant. Currently, 70 per cent of our employees are women. We have become Türkiye’s largest geothermal greenhouse operator in a short period of one year with the greenhouses established and under construction in Afyon and Denizli provinces.”
