Lütfi Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Hazelnut Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union (FİSKOBİRLİK), stated that their goal is to revise their capacity to 60 tonnes per day in 2021.
Bayraktar, in a written statement, made an evaluation regarding the ongoing production and new investments in the Integrated Hazelnut Processing Facility (EFİT) affiliated to the institution.
Bayraktar also pointed out that consumers show high demand for FİSKOBİRLİK branded products and that they have increased their daily production capacity to 50 tonnes with new investments.
“Our goal is to increase the product range and that production activities are continued without compromising on consumer-oriented and quality,” Bayraktar noted.
“Hazelnut paste without sugar has taken its place on the shelves and we aim to increase the production amount with new investments next year,” Bayraktar added.
“Our goal is to revise our capacity to 60 tonnes of production per day in 2021. In this direction, we are making an investment of approximately 10 million TL. All infrastructure works and agreements have been completed,” Bayraktar concluded…
