Kaya Farm employs a total of 850 employees in its factory located on 62 decares of land in Ipsala and its headquarters and logistics center located on 10 thousand square meters in Sultanbeyli region of İstanbul.

Zülfikar Kaya emhasizes that they constantly follow the trends and developments in production technology and R&D activities. Explaining that the most important item of the 2020 agenda is e-commerce, Kaya stated, “As of mid-May, we started service in the mobile applications and on our website and named ‘Kaya Farm Bi’tıkta’ (at one hit). Our goal is to bring our products with the consumer within 2 hours in Istanbul.”

No interruption in production…

The brand, which continued its production and growth during the pandemic period, was actually opened as a small grocery store under the name of Kaya Kardeşler (Kaya Kardeşler) in the early 80s. Kaya Farm has reached 109 chain stores in 21 provinces today. Kaya Farm Chairman Zülfikar Kaya points out that after the grocery store, they started producing dairy products in the Ipsala district of Edirne in the early 2000s with a small dairy. Kaya adds that they are the first and pioneering company to establish chain stores in this field by building up factory outlets.

The production facilities with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons of milk were switched to a fully automated system in 2017, increasing productivity by 100 percent. After that day, Kaya Çiftliği gained speed in growth.
