Aegean Exporters’ Associations realized an export of 1 billion 453 million dollars in August with an increase of 44 percent.
In the January-August period of 2021, EİB brought 10 billion 339 million dollars to Turkey with a 28 percent acceleration and reached 15 billion 265 million dollars with a surge of 20 percent in the last 1-year period.
Aegean Fisheries and Animal Products Exporters’ Association, which exports the most among the Agriculture and Food Associations, achieved 114 million dollars in exports with an increase of 43 percent in August and ranked third.
Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association brought 96 million dollars to Turkey with an increase of 12 percent in August, while the Aegean Dried Fruits and Products Exporters’ Association brought 63 million dollars to Turkey with a rise of 26 percent.
Aegean Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Exporters’ Association’s exports in August soared by 38 percent to 62 million dollars.
Exports of the Aegean Furniture, Paper and Forest Products Exporters’ Association expanded by 38 percent to 61 million dollars in August, while the exports of the Aegean Tobacco Exporters’ Association reached 57 million dollars.
Aegean Olive and Olive Oil Exporters’ Association achieved an export of 17 million dollars with an increase of 103 percent.

Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EİB) Coordinator Chairperson Jak Eskinazi, announced that 11 Associations increased their exports in August, while one Association fell behind the previous period’s performance.
Eskinazi said, “In August, the exports of our Agricultural Associations reached 475 million dollars by showing a success of 24 percent.”
EİB increased its exports to 141 countries and regions in August…
Referring to month of August on the basis of countries, Jak Eskinazi added that EİB managed to increase its exports to 141 countries and regions by reaching 185 different export markets.
