Organised by the Fruit Juice Industry Association (MEYED), which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, the 12th edition of the “Juiceful Istanbul Summit”, the most important international annual meeting of the sector, was held in Istanbul.
Held on 21 September 2023 at Radisson Collection Hotel Vadi Istanbul, the summit brought together the leading local and global representatives of the fruit juice industry serving in different business lines and discussed the problems, opportunities and future targets of the sector.
Organised since 2010, the event brought together once again the stakeholders of the fruit juice industry that benefits agriculture, economy, environment and nutrition. In the summit programme attended by more than 200 local and foreign senior executives, 13 speakers from Türkiye and abroad made their presentations.
Speaking at the opening of the event, MEYED Secretary General İpek İşbitiren said: “This year’s programme of the Summit, whose bar is rising every year, has been created in a way to shed light on the road maps that will serve the industry to provide holistic benefits in its journey from ‘garden to table’.”
“In addition to providing a meeting point for MEYED members, we are pleased to bring them together with local and foreign representatives from the value added chain (America, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Uzbekistan, Middle East) in order to support our sector and our country’s exports,” she added…
