Pointing out that in spite of the additional costs that have increased by more than 100 percent in recent years, Dr. Yılmaz explained, “The supports given to the seed have been increased for the first time since 2015. Although the increase in Certified Seed Use supports provides some relief, the supports provided to our Certified Seed Producing firms have made no progress so far.”
