Agricultural lands owned by the treasury will be allocated to farmers without land or without sufficient land for 10 years. The first year rental value of the lands will be 1.5 percent of the current value.
The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization published the National Real Estate Communiqué on the lease of treasury immovables to farmers without land and without sufficient land in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, in order to enable farmers to engage in agricultural activities, the agricultural lands belonging to the treasury in the villages and neighborhoods where they are registered or resident will be leased for 10 years. The first year rental value of the agricultural land has been determined as 1.5 percent of the current value of the real estate.

The contract start and end dates will be determined by taking into account the planting and harvesting periods, where possible. Tenants who are determined to fulfill their obligations at the end of the lease term and who make a request will be able to extend the lease term by the Administration for another 10 years by determining the price again upon the compliance report of the control team.

Tenants will be required to be registered with the village / neighborhood population and to reside in that village / neighborhood or to reside in that village / neighborhood for at least 3 years, although not registered with the village / neighborhood population. In addition, it will be rented to farmers who are registered in the village / neighborhood population but do not reside in that village / neighborhood without land or without sufficient land.
